That one car in the left lane: 55 MPH and absolutely nowhere to be.

Meanwhile, every other driver is being forced to pass on the right, wondering if this guy thinks the left lane is his private scenic route.

It happened yesterday 05.27.26 on I-77 NB near Fancy Gap VA. I hope the driver is all right. Maybe the engine overheated - it was at the top of a long hill.
