It has come to my attention that Sony Music Entertainment has attempted to copyright and distribute an Underground Railroad Entertainment Group
(CROSS DATRAX-ASCAP) composition.
A 2016 release by Derrick Katarega aka Drift King Uganda
The record, Twalyaka Byetwalya, was registered and released in August of 2016.
Our release date pre-dates Sony's 2017 registration.
