Join us This Friday 19 November, 2021 for a celebration of the life of Dianna Fryer. Or as you might have known her to be Dirty D! This will be an uplifting celebration of her and her impact on . She was incredibly devoted to this station and she was instrumental in the building of our little thing and giving the station the first ten years of its existence.

Join the whole station crew, station supporters, friends, fans, and former guests of her shows as we fill the air with stories of joy and a peek behind the scenes with some of the tales that will live forever within the halls of Radio Memphis.

As an added treat, some members of her family are expected to make an appearance in our studios to share some great tales of her life from her family.

The phone lines will be open (901) 922-5407 and we are quite sure there will be some great surprises to be heard on the air as well.

When Radio Memphis began, I never thought for one second I would find myself writing an honest to God obituary about a friend & co-worker.

It is with great sadness that we announce that Rupert Neve has died.

While Rupert’s passions for music, creativity, and insistence on exceptional quality have made an indelible mark on the fabric of the recording industry, his kindness and generosity made him a legend to us all. Through his designs and through the music created with them, his spirit will live on eternally. God bless you, Rupert.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY (MARCH 18, 2020): In lieu of the current extenuating circumstances that have affected our communities here in Memphis (and those worldwide) by the outbreak, Radio Memphis will be implementing restrictions which will include suspending some of our live-broadcasted shows, as well as, having any live in-studio guest performances or appearances to help protect our artists and staff from the spread of the coronavirus.

We will continue to air "RADIO MEMPHIS IN THE MORNING" (Monday-Friday from 9am-2pmCT) LIVE at this time with Ric and L.J. to bring you morning laughter, indie music, as well as, keeping everyone updated on the most current information available about this disease.
