The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance regarding a forged check that was presented for cashing at Pilot Grove Savings Bank. The individual pictured below attempted to cash the check but was unsuccessful. Great job to the staff of Pilot Grove Savings Bank for recognizing suspicion and not proceeding with the transaction.
