For so long, I looked at that “space” as failure.
The distance between my reality and my goals felt like a mountain I could never climb.

But what I’ve learned? That space is where the magic happens. 💫
It’s where we grow, where we discover what actually works for us, and where little daily choices add up to big shifts.

Whether it’s in health, energy, or even just waking up feeling like me again — I’ve decided to let that space excite me instead of scare me.

For me, it hasn’t been about “fixing” myself—it’s been about finding tools, community, and daily rhythms that actually tune in to what my body needs. 🌱

When I’m stuck in stress mode, everything feels heavy. But when I shift my frequency—through gratitude, hydration, movement, or even just 5 minutes of silence—my energy changes instantly. 💫

Think of your frequency like a radio station. If you don’t like the song that’s playing, you have the power to tune into a better one.

I’ve been practicing little daily “frequency shifts” and WOW—my energy, focus, and mood feel like a whole new vibe.

Some of yall think I am Crazy about my mushroom 🍄 juice 🥤 but just listen what it has gotten me through the last two weeks..

🚗 Traveling over 3000 miles back and forth to Texas twice in two weeks.
🚚 Moving 2 kids into their apartments
🏈 1 Baylor vs Auburn football Game with Tailgating all day..
🎸 1 concert on my feet consistently for 4 hours..
💉 Worked multiple days in between all of this
😬 all of the up and down emotions of my kids growing up and living on their own..
💤🛌 lack of sleep due to the hotel we stayed in.. air conditioning was not working up to my standards.. Those with hot flashes know what I mean 🥵
🍽️ Eating out a lot more than normal..

The consistency of taking this combo has kept me on my toes, energized, and allowed me to handle more than I thought I could…

I see the steps—and I still feel them—but I’m no longer afraid.

I pace myself. I breathe. I honor my body.
