UPDATE: Person called in a possible bomb under the hood of their car. Said there was a bottle with wires coming out of it. As of 4:12pm the area is CLEAR AND SAFE, nothing suspicious was found in or near the vehicle.
Roads opening, businesses can resume normally.

Police and fire in Menomonie currently dealing with a threat near Econo Lodge, holding radio traffic until the area is safe. Again, it is a threat. Unknown if this is serious or not. Not adding nature of threat until I feel comfortable

MFD & Sheriff en route to the area of E389* 650th Ave for a report of an elderly female found injured. Unknown what happened to the victim, possibly struck by a vehicle. She is awake.
