The solar plexus chakra, or Manipura, is the third chakra located in the upper abdomen and is associated with personal power, self-esteem, and willpower. It governs our ability to feel confident, take action, and maintain a strong sense of self-worth.

An imbalanced solar plexus chakra can lead to self-doubt, indecisiveness, and physical issues like digestive problems.

To balance it, practices like yoga, exercise, deep breathing, and grounding activities can be used.

Tektites!! What are they and where did they come from?

Tektites are natural glass formed from terrestrial debris ejected into the atmosphere by meteorite impacts. When a meteorite strikes Earth, the resulting heat and energy melt and vaporize silica-rich rocks, which are then flung into the atmosphere to cool and solidify into various shapes before falling back to the ground. They are often dark, glassy, and lack water, which distinguishes them from volcanic glass like Obsidian.

There are a variety of tektites from a variety of places around the world!

Meet two of the more popular tektites, Moldavite and Libyan Desert Glass.

Moldavite is probably the most famous tektite. Found primarily in the Czech Republic and southern Germany, this green tektite possesses high vibrational energy, which some users experience as a tingling sensation or "moldavite flush". It is often recommended to use a grounding stone with it initially, I like to use Tiger’s Eye! But don’t let that scare you! Moldavite is an amazing stone for transformation and personal evolution. Use this crystal to facilitate spiritual growth, to connect the spiritual with the physical, and to align with one’s higher purpose.

Libyan Desert Glass: formed 29 million years ago by a meteorite impact in the Sahara Desert. Libyan Desert Glass (LDG) has a high vibrational energy that clears blockages and promotes personal evolution. This yellow crystal holds transformative energy for achieving inner peace and spiritual strength. Use LDG to soothe emotions and let go of inhabitions.
