AT Merced County Office of Education there is a "quid pro quo" where current Merced County Superintendent Steve Tietjen covers for Ana Boyenga, and in return, Boyenga won't investigate his tenure if she wins his seat.

Public records confirm this succession narrative.

Steve Tietjen is actively endorsing Boyenga for the 2026 election, stating she is his choice to "successfully carry forward the work" of the Merced County Office of Education.

Furthermore, Tietjen's office recently named Boyenga the "2025 Administrator of the Year".

The sender is communicating that this is not a standard endorsement; it is a calculated mechanism to install a successor who will protect the established power structure and prevent future audits of the county office.

Alberto Velarde Ana Boyenga for Merced County Superintendent of Schools 2026 Luis Lara, Merced County Board of Supervisor-Elect, District 3 Jose Moran.

A simple comment or share moves good ideas past silent feeds.

Many people only see one slice of what is happening here, but this work comes from years of experience across education, human development, and deep civic research.

Every single piece connects back to one standard: giving people the practical tools to build real capability on their own terms.

That is exactly why dBeastco Wellness exists. It is not just another supplement brand. It was built around daily discipline, physical strength, and mental endurance. You cannot analyze complex systems, demand civic accountability, or elevate your community if your personal vitality is running on empty. Real focus and high output start with how you fuel your body every single morning.

The rest of the foundation stands right beside it.

You have 209 Media delivering unfiltered regional perspective, 209 Audit demanding transparency through public records, and the 209 Connect newsletter keeping our communication direct and completely free of third party gatekeepers.

I AM BUILDING MORE THAN ONE THING, BUT IT IS ONE MISSION.
dBeastco Wellness is about helping people build better daily habits and start the day more ready.

209 Connect is about structure: routines, executive function, solopreneurship, personal brand building, and turning ideas into something real.

209 Media Connect and 209 Audit are about understanding the systems around us: public decisions, budgets, records, timelines, and the questions people deserve to ask.

I am learning to build all of this in public. Not perfectly. Not overnight. But honestly.

The goal is simple: build your morning, build your work, and understand your community.

🎒MERCED COUNTY: When the executive branch of county education coordinates leadership transitions behind closed doors, public resources shift from student intervention to institutional self preservation.

Central office overhead balloons. High level executive salaries multiply while frontline instructional aides, behavioral technicians, and school counselors across our local districts fight for crumbs.

The Merced County Office of Education oversees tens of millions of taxpayer dollars intended for high stakes student programs: regional occupational training, alternative education, and special education services for children with critical needs.

Every executive hour burned tracking independent citizen researchers, orchestrating political alliances, and insulating succession lines is funding stolen from classroom support.

The public records reveal an administration hyper focused on public perception yet completely indifferent to the operational chasm separating central bureaucracy from student realities.

County educational leadership was never created to serve as a self serving political machine. When an agency abandons its statutory nonpartisan obligations, the community will enforce transparency through comprehensive public audits.

The receipts are public. The investigation continues tomorrow. Alberto Velarde. Jose Moran. Ana Boyenga for Merced County Superintendent of Schools 2026 Luis Lara, Merced County Board of Supervisor-Elect, District 3

The office of County Superintendent of Schools is constitutionally nonpartisan for a reason. It exists to serve every child, every family, and every educator regardless of political affiliation.

Yet the political establishment rushed in to plant its flag.

When party organizations endorse an assistant superintendent for an educational oversight role, the nonpartisan mask slips off.

This is not about classroom curriculum or student reading levels. It is about party insiders locking down an office that controls millions in public funds, regional programs, and countywide appointments.

When politics captures school governance, students and frontline educators always pay the price. Ana Boyenga for Merced County Superintendent of Schools 2026. Alberto Velarde. Luis Lara, Merced County Board of Supervisor-Elect, District 3

🧾 THE WORK CONTINUES A lot of this work happens behind the scenes. I spend time reading public documents, saving emails, checking dates, and keeping track of what agencies say they will provide. It is not always exciting, but it matters.

209 Audit is about helping people understand what is happening in our local communities. Where is public money going? What decisions are being made?

What information is easy to find, and what information takes work to get?

I am still building the timeline, reviewing records, and asking clear questions.
One document at a time. One answer at a time. One receipt at a time.

That is how the bigger picture starts to come together.

THE COORDINATED RETIREMENT: When a long standing county superintendent announces he is stepping aside, pay close attention to who gets the immediate endorsement.

Steve Tietjen did not simply decide to retire at the end of his term. The timing was calculated to clear the runway for an inside succession.

Before the public even had time to process an open county seat, the outgoing administration threw its full weight behind Ana Boyenga.

In Merced County, power does not leave things to chance. When leadership grooms a successor, it is not about fresh ideas for students. It is about protecting the deals, the contracts, and the administrative empire built over the last decade.

The community deserves to know if this election is a genuine choice or an orchestrated coronation. Alberto Velarde, Ana Boyenga for Merced County Superintendent of Schools 2026, Luis Lara, Merced County Board of Supervisor-Elect, District 3, Jose Moran.

Recent public records obtained from Delhi School District revealed internal communications between district leadership discussing our ongoing civic audits.
The irony is unmistakable. Administrators questioned an outside citizen looking into public operations, yet they utilized district time, district email accounts, and public resources to discuss my research.

That paper trail expanded the scope of our investigation. When public officials realize their communications are subject to disclosure, their initial response is often administrative friction.

Staying on top of multiple public agencies, strict legal timelines, and potential judicial enforcement requires systematic ex*****on.

By integrating modern artificial intelligence tools into our research pipeline, we are analyzing records, uncovering inter agency coordination, and drafting formal filings at a pace traditional administrative gatekeepers cannot match.

The 209 Audit is not an informal commentary channel. It is a systematic, data backed examination of regional governance.
