James Minton never forgot his childhood dream to one day own a farm, even while living in New York City.
So, in 2010, he purchased 20 acres in Windsor and started Triple J Farm with his family, and his land now raises chickens, cows, goats and bees.
He wanted a memorable place that his relatives could always return to. “It’ll be someplace for them to come at any time,” he said. “Whether I’m alive or dead, this place will still be here.”
His family now runs a successful organic egg business and has aldo made the farm a gathering spot for their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
