In Minnesota, we name our snow plows.

That’s right. There’s a whole contest. Votes are cast. Winners are announced. It’s hilarious and a clever way to involve community.

So, to anyone wondering how we are doing during the current blizzard — We got this. The lil tikes are bundled up making forts, Tater Tot HotDish is coming out of ovens, and the roads are being cleared by ‘K Pop Blizzard Hunter’, ‘The Life of a Snowgirl’ or ‘Plow Bunyan.’

Last week we kicked off one of our MMM communities — ED Fight Club. 🥊

No, we don’t fight.
And yes… we still don’t talk about Fight Club.

Executive Directors rarely get a space to say the quiet parts out loud — board dynamics, grant heartbreak, budget gymnastics.

So we made one.

Because strong nonprofits need strong leaders… and leaders need somewhere to vent over lunch.
