🚨Treasure Valley Idaho Here We Come! 🎉
We are moving to Meridian Idaho!
Meridian is a suburb of Boise.
It isn't an easy decision, but there are a lot of reasons for us to leave California.
We left once in 2015 and moved to Washington for 5 years.
Came back home during the pandemic, and it's time to leave again.
It became apparent really quickly that car life isn't for us.
We are glad we tried it, so we can say we did.
But it's time to stop being silly, messing around, and not thinking about the long term.
Idaho is safe, full of opportunity, a place we can see ourselves having kids, all four seasons, beautiful nature, and a lot more to do than you'd think.
It checks all of our boxes.
It's close to family and good friends.
A place to get serious about life and our future.
It is time to focus on becoming actual adults and not be grown children running around seeking adventure instead of security.
Living in the car has really changed our perspective and outlook on life.
We were taking advantage of life and not taking things seriously.
We always wanted to move and live somewhere else. We researched places from Nevada, Arizona, Tennessee, Texas, and even Utah.
But Idaho was the place that checked all the boxes.
We are excited about this new chapter. To settle down roots, plan for the long term, possibly start a family and move up to be managers.
It's exciting to have a plan and be planning for a real future. Not hoping for social media or some internet business to take off.
But become managers, and possibly one day open up our own restaurant, buy land and build a tiny home on it.
Bigger, longer lasting, more fulfilling dreams and life.
Thank you to everyone we have told for all the encouraging words and positive vibes about this new exciting chapter we are about to embark on.
