Merry Christmas from our silly crew to yours!

The holidays can be a hard time of the year for so many (including our fam), but we are reminded daily that Jesus, our Emmanuel, is a constant promise and reality. He is “God with us” on top of the mountain and in the valley.

Part 2 of our Stranger Things Backyard Cookoff! 🍗🔥

Both teams had chicken, a Stranger Things food genre, and one wild card ingredient straight out of Hawkins. The girls fried rice dish was called “Demogorgon Red Lantern Chicken”. The boys made a “Red Soldier Pizza” with “Max Sauce”.

We coached, we judged, and honestly… these kids surprised us.
The Upside Down never tasted so good.

Stranger Things Season 5 dropped…and our kids binge-watched it in one day. So naturally, we brought the Upside Down to the backyard. 😂🔥

Today’s Grilling Grab Bag is STRANGER THINGS themed! Hawkins Genres, Upside Down Wild Cards, and the kids cooking against each other with chicken as their base.

We’re the judges… and the coaches. This is going to be fun!
