Gooey Biscoff Blondie Bombs are a sweet delight! ๐ชโจ
Total time: 50 minutes
Prep time: 20 minutes, Cook time: 30 minutes
Ingredients for 9 servings:
150 g unsalted butter, melted
200 g light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
200 g all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
100 g white chocolate chips
8 Biscoff biscuits, crushed
100 g Biscoff spread
Extra Biscoff biscuits, for topping (optional)
Step 1/4
150 g unsalted butter, melted - 200 g light brown sugar - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 large egg.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Add the vanilla and egg, mixing until smooth and glossy.
Step 2/4
200 g all-purpose flour - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Step 3/4
100 g white chocolate chips - 8 Biscoff biscuits, crushed.
Fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed Biscoff biscuits. Pour batter into a parchment-lined 20x20 cm baking tin and spread evenly.
Step 4/4
100 g Biscoff spread - Extra Biscoff biscuits, for topping (optional).
Warm the Biscoff spread slightly and swirl over the top of the batter. Add extra crushed biscuits if desired. Bake at 175ยฐC for 28โ30 minutes until golden and just set. Cool before slicing.
