So I am still having a slow go at trying to get weight off. I have been in the 260's since the end of August. So far lost eight pounds. Because of my slow progress, I have decided to challenge myself to a walking challenge. So starting the 15th I will walk 10,000 steps daily for 90 days. Why the 15th I want to have the challenge end about a week before Brian and I go on our Anniversary cruise.
