CUSTOM CAKE TERMS
As your cake artist, I agree to deliver the above described cake in a timely and agreed manner. The following conditions apply:

• A non-refundable reatiner of 50% over is required to consider this an order and contract for services to be rendered in your behalf ( 24 hrs after the quote Is given, no holds, if not the date will pass to the next customer pending date) . this secures your date and is retained as a booking fee cannot be credited toward future cake orders or returned if canceledby the customer.The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to the delivery date. Any changes to this order must be made no later than two (2) weeks prior to delivery. . Any changes requested with less 2 week notice cannot be guaranteed and may subject to additional rush-order charges based upon time and product availability.

• In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix any error, if error was fixed the order remains at price , or return 90% within 24 hours. Partial refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis, but please note that Geaux Cakes do not provide refunds in cases where an item was prepared correctly but a flavor or texture did not meet a personal preference.

• Every product produced in our location is made with shared equipment that may have come in contact with ingredients containing allergens including but not limited to: Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Soy, Dairy, Eggs, Gluten, Wheat, etc. If you have food allergies, it is advised that you do not consume our products.

• Pictures - I do not share pics of the cake before delivery/ pick up. Many reasons but the most important is that I dont like to take away that 1st cake impression, its really exciting and its important for me that you or your child have that moment.

This Saturday 9/27 is the Chapelle High School craft fair, the largest in Jefferson Parish with over 200 vendors, I'm so excited to be one of them!
