There are moments in your career that remind you why confidence matters. Being part of the Association Scientific Sessions was one of those moments.

I had the honor of providing makeup services for the executive leadership team, alongside who handled hair. Together, we supported women leading the room including Dr. Stacey Rosen, President of the American Heart Association, and Nancy Brown, CEO of the American Heart Association.

After the event, I received a thank you letter that said, “You played a vital role, ensuring we were camera ready and feeling confident before gracing the stage.” Reading those words made my heart feel full.

Their work is about science, advocacy, and changing lives. We made sure they stepped onto that stage feeling centered, polished, and ready. When a woman knows she is put together, she can deliver her message with clarity and conviction.

Makeup is not only about glam. It is presence, poise, and the care you bring to every detail.

You need someone to finally show you what to do.

If your makeup isn’t lasting, if it never looks smooth or polished no matter what you buy, or if you leave the mirror feeling like you still didn’t “get it right", sis you are not the problem. You just never been taught.

I’m going to teach you how to create a simple signature look that enhances you, not overwhelms you. A routine you can actually trust for work, brunch, meetings, or a night out.

I’m looking for 6 women who want a reliable makeup routine they can use in real life. A look that still feels like you, just polished and put together.

We’ll walk through key steps, product placement, and the approach that helps your face look refreshed. The goal is to leave with confidence, not confusion or overwhelm.

Makeup will be available to use during the lesson. Bring your current makeup bag and tools if you have them, but it isn’t required to participate.

This will be my final group class of the year. I’m keeping it small so the experience stays personal, supportive, and intentional.

Two optional VIP upgrades are available and must be purchased in advance. They will take place immediately after class, beginning at 4pm.

Today I’m taking a moment to slow down and reflect on what this year has given me. From the brides who welcomed me into the quiet moments before they walked down the aisle, the everyday women who trusted me with their glow, to the ones who joined Confidently You and chose to invest in herself.

I’m mindful that today holds different meanings depending on who you ask and where you come from. So instead of labeling it, I’m choosing gratitude.

Thank you for the trust, the conversations, the lessons, and the space to do work that feels meaningful.

Inspired by the x “Why Not More Coco?” collection, I had to recreate this beautiful fall lip moment. 🤎

I used Low Key Matte Lipstick as my liner, Naturalista in the center, and finished it with Extra Lip Gloss, a shimmery autumn gloss that pulls the whole look together.

Smokey glam, brown tones, and a little main character energy, this combo is definitely that girl for fall. 🍂
