It starts before we even sit down for a consultation.
1️⃣ I do my homework.
I'll take a look at your business, industry, audience, and current marketing so I can come to our conversation with an understanding of where you are and some initial opportunities I see.
2️⃣ We set expectations.
We'll talk about priorities, communication, timelines, responsibilities, and what working together could look like.
3️⃣ We talk about what you need.
Social media, email marketing, website updates, content writing, graphic design, administrative support...or a combination of several things.
4️⃣ I put together a customized proposal.
Based on my research and our conversation, I'll outline my recommended goals, scope of work, deliverables, and investment.
5️⃣ We make it official.
Once the proposal is accepted and your first month's investment is paid, we're ready to get started.
And then comes one of the most important parts of working together: communication.
I want to know what's happening in your business—new services, projects, promotions, events, busy seasons, changes in priorities, or even those little updates you might not immediately think of as marketing.
That information helps me create work that actually sounds like and supports your business.
From there, I complete the agreed-upon work, provide reports or deliverables, we talk about what's next...and repeat.
