I am in my 30’s and ever since i was 12 making top 20 countdowns on my boombox, i wanted to be a disc jockey on the radio. I figured my dream of being a bass player in a metal band and becoming a very successful musician was unrealistic. So i figured why not be near the music and be the one that plays it on the radio! My real goal though, cause i love to talk so much. Is to have my own morning sho

w some day! “ I know another unrealistic dream, but hey it could happen. More than me being a rock star some day! lol.” I currently go to Conneticut school of broadcasting in Newton MA! They will help me get an internship and get my demo tapes out to radio stations after im done with school! Until then please feel free to watch some of my videos i post of my old tv show i did with some friends! We did phone interviews with bands and played there videos and we did in studio interviews and performances! Also starting very soon, ill be doing my metal show, the Frogmans metal show on my schools online station called, all noise radio. My only post. A year ago today I was insanely sick very much in withdrawal and nothing left. I got a scar on my forehead to remind me of how bad it gets. Everytime I look in the mirror. Thank you to the ones who’ve been there for me now, in the past or in the future. Thank you to my family for still being there for me. Thank you to my son given me strength to keep going and being my hero. Thank you Sponce/Jonathan for listening to my B.S. Lastly thank you to my haters for the motivation.

2 weeks from tomorrow. I’ll be celebrating 1 year clean. Now that it’s close I feel like it came fast. I’m gonna be 43 and this has to be it for me. I feel like if I don’t get this now I never will. But As I reflect back on the year. I owe a lot of this to my beautiful son. who’s my hero and has/is given me motivation to keep going. Idc what anyone says. I’m clean because of him and in return im doing it for myself. One day at a time I’ll make that 1 year. Even if my son never lives with me again. I’m keeping it in my mind, that one day he will. If I don’t? then my disease “ which is my own voice” will tell me to F it, just give up. Can’t even take care of your kid. You’re not a good dad blah blah blah” it’s an everyday struggle with myself. My family’s also a big part of me being clean today. My sister driving me to detox, sick as hell. I mean deathly sick. In middle of winter. My mother taken care of my son. I mean, I can never repay that debt. And to all my haters. Thank you as well.

I kind of want to start my podcast back up too. Who remembers when I was doing the The Frogmans Recovery Show? I’ve had a lot of great people on to tell their story. I was doing it from 980WCAP in Lowell for an hour every Monday night. Live. Way before I relapsed this last time. Never brought up the fellowships just recovery based. Frogmans Recovery Show is a Facebook live call in radio show/podcast. Centered around addiction and mental health issues. Host Frogman is a Connecticut School of Broadcasting grad. Works for WBZ news radio in Boston MA. Hes a recovering he**in addict and wanted to do a show that he knew alot about and can share his story to help others and allow others to share their stories with no judgments. He’s survived a few OD’s and his last one his wife saved his life with narcan. Every day he tries to remain grateful, that he has another chance at life. He has a passion for radio and a passion to stay clean and do the right thing. He gets to use both passions on the show. Radio and sharing the hope with others. Co host's Mike, works for Clean Slate and is sponsor of FRS. Without Clean Slate there would be no show, and K9- Kevin owns drug sniffing K9’s, and gets hired to go into homes and schools to find drugs.
