Garlic Noodles - Side Dish

Beach Creek is a place I've wanted to try our last few trips down there and for whatever reason never made it. We came on the first day of our trip.

We were seated "outside" but it was under a canopy and we we're right next to the building where the servers go in/out so it wasn't what you expect when sitting outside.

Our server was good. Greeted on time, order correct, apps before entree, drinks refilled, no dessert pitch tho.

Appetizers
Garlic Steamers - about a dozen littlenecks in a garlic sauce. The quantity while never enough is on par with what most places give. The sauce was more like a soup and I don't think anyone would complain if it was reduced by half.

New England Clam Chowder - NE Clam Chowder is my favorite soup and Beach Creeks was very good. Fresh. Right amount of salt content. Good amount of clams and passed the thickness test.

Entrees
Maryland Crab Cakes - While the presentation was sub-par the crab cakes were very good. Could have been seared more but great flavor. The sides were average and the remoulade went well with the crab.

Seared Scallops - The same the can be said about the scallops as I said about the crab cakes. They seemed slightly rushed. Again average side dishes.
