As a heads up, the City has approved a large controlled burn (brush piles) within the city limits near the intersection of Bailey St. and Evelyn St. The Fire Department will be ready to respond at all times. • Thursday, June 19 — Juneteenth Parade at 10 a.m., Juneteenth Pageant & Scholarship Awards with Speaker Hurtis Rhodes and Phelicia Rashid Performance and from 7 to 11:30 p.m. Front Cover Band
• Friday, June 20 — from 7 to 11:30 p.m. Front Cover Band
• Saturday, June 21 — Family Fun Day at 12 p.m. with Bass Hookers Fishing Tournament and from 7 to 11:30 p.m. Joe Carmouche & Band.
