Seven Lines, together offer more than 25 years of combined working experience in the industry. Joined by the proficient ALX, this trio each brings their unique skills and seminal tastes for music. Coinciding with ALX’s stylistic approach to music, Descend Records has identified itself with the dark, groovier sounds of techno music. Whether it’s on the release front, or attending one of their established label showcases, music lovers can guarantee deep, energetic and pulsing rhythms to flood their ears. When it comes to production, Descend leads the way. ALX’s very own Feel Em EP quickly found its way into Beatport’s Techno Top 100. And yet, Descend exceeds their role as a music catalog, having flourished into a sought-after party brand. Since its materialization, Descend Records has taken the global dance floor by storm. Hosting label showcases at The BPM Festival (Mexico) where it was named “One of the Top 5 Highlights of BPM” by Dancing Astronaut, Electric Festival (Aruba), Baum (Bogota), Teatro Amador (Panama) and Heart, Club Space and Mana Garage during Miami Music Week to name a few, Descend brings a unique vibe that’s catered to the seasoned party-goer! In addition to ALX, Descend frequently enjoys appearances from many of techno’s greatest acts including the infamous Berlin-based duo Pan-Pot, Detroit techno innovator Stacey Pullen and many more!
