When someone asks me for a si glue product to recommend: sunscreen.

Uh… here’s to learning to enjoy the process. ✨

And to celebrate the people you meet along the way.

My routine while in Japan. 🇯🇵✨ Many might be surprised by its simplicity, specially since I’m such a maximalist. But here’s why this works:
2-1 cleanser: works like a daily cleanser and makeup remover so I didn’t have to bring another product.

swum helps with gentle exfoliating, brightening and protection so it’s a very well rounded serum.

moisturizer because this will drench up any skin even after a 14hr flight! A must have to keep my skin calm.

And sunscreen of course because. Duh.

Empties time ✨ Four products I finished recently, and honestly… all four are standouts. Here’s the tea:

1️⃣ VT Cosmetics PDRN Capsule Cream is lightweight but super nourishing. I used this as my barrier-repair night cream and my skin always woke up calm + hydrated. Would repurchase 100%.

2️⃣ First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser is a classic. Works beautifully on texture + keratosis pilaris. ⚠️ Skip if your skin is very sensitive (and please don’t use this on your face, no matter how tempting).

3️⃣ Personal Day Everybody Stay Calm Mask really was soothing mask I didn’t know I needed. It’s gentle, calming, and perfect when my skin feels red or irritated. Already on my re-order list.

4️⃣ VT Cosmetics PDRN Hair Ampoule is like the Reedle Shot, but this is its cousin made for hair. I noticed less shedding and stronger strands while using it vs. just the Reedle Shot alone.

Week three of sharing more of my K-drama world with you 🫰 This time… it’s thrillers.

And let me tell you, these dramas sucked me in. The type where you say “just one more episode” and suddenly it’s 3am and you’re still glued to the screen.

🌹 Flower of Evil had the most twisted, nerve-racking plot. I was in disbelief every single episode. I lowkey needed a break from dramas for a week after this finale.

💀 Death’s Game is really (really) intense but so thought-provoking. It makes you reflect on life, death, and how valuable our time really is.

🥊 Bloodhounds is for my action fans (including me). Brutal at times, the fight scenes are too real and the plot itself reflects the dark side of society. But it has such a strong story underneath and the bromance is worth the watch.

⚖️ Judge from Hell is kind of a law drama meets fantasy and each case forces you to ask: how would you judge? How would God? It’s a drama about morality, justice, and love.

💡 Light Shop is rare and mystical. It’s short, introspective, and lingers with you long after, leaving more questions than answers.

Which one would you start with? Or if you’ve already seen them, which thriller had you hooked the most?

Week two of me sharing a little more of my K-drama world with you 💌

This time… it’s all about the ones that dig into mental health. Prepare to cry your eyes out. Prepare to relate (maybe a little too much). And also prepare to sit with emotions or situations you might have tried to avoid.

🦋 It’s Okay to Not Be Okay: This one was so powerful. The writing and the way it tackles stigma and loving someone with struggles… beyond beautiful. There are also many cute moments in here and the romance is adorable too.

🐋 Extraordinary Attorney Woo: The most thoughtful, moving interpretation of autism I’ve ever seen. It shows just how powerful life on the spectrum can be when there’s space and support. And the relationship between the leads is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.

🏥 Dr. Slump: Depression takes many forms, and sometimes you don’t even notice it until you’re at rock bottom. This drama shows the climb back up, with honesty and no judgment.

☀️ Daily Dose of Sunshine: VERY raw and emotional. Probably the most eye-opening portrayal of mental illness I’ve seen in a K-drama. Bring tissues.

📦 Move to Heaven: Heartbreaking and beautiful, it completely changed how I think about grief and what it means to love.

These don’t sugarcoat the messy parts of being human. They make you cry, reflect, and maybe even heal a little.

Which of these would you start with? Or if you’ve already watched some, tell me which one hit you the hardest. 🫶
