Take magnesium BEFORE bed, not in the morning. Zinc at night away from calcium. B12 anytime but with food. Vitamin D3 +K2 with fatty meals. Iron never with coffee. Nutrient timing hacks absorption by 300%.

Please stop sprinkling chia seeds on your yogurt bowls. Chia seeds need to be soaked in liquid to expand or it will cause bloat and in some cases get stuck and clogged up your intestines

If you suffer from instead of taking melatonin do this:

-2 capsules of glycinate and
-eat 1-2 cups of cherries
-make a cocktail with 4 ounces of 100% tart cherry juice, 4 ounces of hot water & 1 tsp of magnesium powder
