💯 All of Florida, especially South Florida, has seen many changes over the last three years alone: newcomers from up north, city growth, economic growth, real estate values soar, and much more.

😭 Sadly, on the flip side, we've lost a lot of local residents who help build these cities, especially in Miami, due to a lack of affordability.

🚫 We're losing our 🧑‍⚕️ nurses, 🧑‍🏫 teachers, 👮 police officers, 🧑‍🚒 firefighters.

🤔 Do you think something needs to be done?!
