This season, we’re sharing two FOH® favorites to add a little warmth to your holiday table: a Guava Flan 🍮 from our Corporate Chef Brian, and our classic Coquito recipe 🥥. We hope they bring joy to your celebrations.

🍮 Cuban Guava Flan (Old-School Favorite)
Ingredients
For the caramel
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• ¼ cup water (optional)
For the flan
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 4 large eggs
• 4 oz guava paste, cubed
• ½ cup whole milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
Steps
1️⃣ Melt sugar (and water if using) until amber and pour into flan mold.
2️⃣ Heat guava paste with milk until smooth.
3️⃣ Gently whisk eggs, then add milks, vanilla, salt, and guava mixture.
4️⃣ Bake in a water bath at 350°F for 60–75 minutes until slightly jiggly.
5️⃣ Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set. Unmold and let the caramel drizzle before serving.
🥥 Coquito Recipe
Ingredients
• 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
• 1 can (15 oz) cream of coconut
• 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
• 1 can(14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1–2 cups white rum (optional)
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon (plus more for garnish)
• Cinnamon sticks (optional)
Steps
1️⃣ Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2️⃣ Pour into bottles and refrigerate until well chilled, preferably overnight.
3️⃣ Shake before serving and garnish with cinnamon if desired.
