🔪 Women to Watch. 🔪 Meet Greenwich-based founder Lily Osman of . Leading with the mission “Never a Dull Moment,” she created the Cardinal Chef Knife for home cooks who want to feel capable, confident, and honestly a little chic while doing it. One knife. Three stunning colorways: pearl, caviar, and red. Tried, tested, and -approved.

Sundays are for meal prep. Rainy days are for actually cooking. And today felt like the exact right moment to talk about Osman’s launch because summer is coming, the party invites are rolling in, and if you have a home cook in your life, this is the gift.

We’ve been sharing about her knives for a while now because they’ve been our go-to since day one. Locally crafted and ergonomically designed, these are tools that actually work with your hand, not against it, making every chop, slice, and dice feel effortless.

And with grilling season and Father’s Day right around the corner, the timing couldn’t be better.

Explore and tap to shop. We made it that easy. 🔪

🍕 BREAKING NEWS! 🍕

We promised to keep you posted, so here it is: officially opens in WESTPORT on June 1st at 11am. The beloved, family-run New Haven original is bringing its coal-fired ovens and legendary White Clam Pizza right to the Post Road.

On the menu: the legendary White Clam Pizza (fresh-shucked, locally harvested clams, non-negotiable), the Original Tomato Pie, and a new permanent addition, the Calabrese, loaded with crushed Italian tomatoes, sausage, pepperoni, hot Calabrian chilies and Pecorino Romano.

Come summer, the cult-favorite Fresh Tomato Pie returns for its 18th year.

The 3,529 sq ft space seats 110, anchored by a massive coal-fired oven built with custom bricks shipped directly from New Haven, it takes weeks just to fire up.

Co-owner and granddaughter of founder Frank Pepe, Jennifer Bimonte-Kelly, says it best: “We’re looking forward to becoming part of the fabric of Westport and creating a place where families and friends can gather for generations to come.”

📍 , 361 Post Road West

🌊 🦪 The Best-Kept Secret in Rowayton Just Got a Little Less Secret! 🌊 🦪

You already know , and the adjacent market. But have you met their cooler little sister?

Tucked into a converted garage right next door, is exactly what it sounds like, and absolutely nothing like what you’d expect. Half working bait and marine shop (yes, actual fishing poles, live bait, frozen bait, tackle, the whole salty thing), half the most unexpectedly chic retail edit you’ll find on the Connecticut shoreline. Expert local fishing advice sold separately, vibes included.

The merch wall alone is worth the detour. The new tees, sweatshirts, and cotton pants just dropped and they are good, the kind of thing you throw on for a boat day.

But dig deeper: there’s OSEA clean beauty for your post-dock skin, sculptural beach jewelry from Éliou, handmade ceramics from the utterly dreamy Gabriele Jolie (fish-eyed and hand-thrown and yes, you need them).

It’s salty in the best possible way. Chocolate included.

This is the shop for the person who takes their fishing seriously and their aesthetic even more seriously. The locals who’ve discovered it are quietly hoping it stays a secret. Too late. Sorry!
