Hazelnut and cocoa paste
Ingredients
10 dehydrated dates, pitted
100 grams of hazelnuts
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
enough water
Preparation mode
In a bowl, cover the dates and soak for at least an hour.
If you want, heat quickly in the microwave, or in a pan, so that they are softer.
Place the hazelnuts in a shape and roast in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Remove the shells and place the hazelnuts while still hot in a food processor and blend for 5 minutes.
As soon as it turns into a paste, add the dates and cocoa.
Process again and add the water from the date sauce little by little until you reach the desired point.
Arrange in a container and serve with fruit, as a topping for pancakes or plain, with a cup of coffee.
