was such a sweet, loving, and CRAAAZY fun celebration for Monica & Taylor, the New Mr. & Mrs. Glenn!! This is an all-video post, pics are posted separately.
It started out with this celebration taking place at a beautiful, upscale venue, with breathtaking, romantic views. Such a pleasure to be their DJ&MC here!
You could tell from early on at Cocktail Hour that this was gonna be a special and fun celebration. (They got married a nearby church which was walking distance from the venue).
The reception started with fun introductions of the bridesmaids, groomsmen, then the Newlyweds, followed by a very beautiful, romantic, sweet, and fun first dance. You could FEEL the love!!
Then came the sweet, heartfelt speeches, followed by a gourmet dinner, and everybody's FAVORITE part...DANCING which was kicked off by the KIDS! Wow! Adults followed shortly thereafter.
This party was LIT until the end!
Guests from mostly Chicago, New Orleans, and Florida areas came ready to have a BLAST! You could also feel how much they loved Monica & Taylor.
Had a spot-on playlist from the newlyweds, combined with equally spot-on requests from the guests, and some of my own secret sauce lol.
Speaking of New Orleans, the guests from this area requested a New Orleans tradition of sorts where they made a party train led by the bride & groom who were also carrying black & white parasols. LOVED this!! Went over really well. Tune was The Second Line, a Mardi Gras Dixieland sounding tune I've never played at a wedding before. Sooo cool!!
A goal I have at all my events is to make 'em memorable and fun, and this checked off those boxes and more BIG TIME!! Fun for everyone!!
Thank you to the entire vendor team who contributed to the Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler (let the good times roll) wedding! florist & planner, Alec manning the photobooth,
