Casa Gianna, inside Gale Miami Hotel & Residences in Downtown Miami, and they set the bar pretty high.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was a 10/10. The team was attentive without hovering, the courses were perfectly paced, and they even prepared a separate dessert table for us.

On the menu? 🦪 Oysters and stuffed squash blossom, 🍝 Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka, which I ordered without the spice because apparently that’s how I do Miami Spice 😂, 🥩 Prime Ribeye, 🍷 a three-wine flight, and 🍨 tiramisu with pistachio gelato.

The rigatoni was easily one of my favorites, but that pistachio gelato was fighting hard for the top spot.

Overall experience: 9/10
Hospitality: 10/10
