The planets of Ultimundas. With the combined knowledge of all members of the Confederacy and through a massive intergalactic undertaking the first CDF terraformed planets were born. Out of the bedrock of asteroids swirling around a Nether-based singularity grew massive cities. Having no natural resources of its own, the planets of Ultimundus were reliant on shipments of food, resources and personnel from the homeworlds of its founders. The cities relied on Bane Crystals to power their central cores, which helped to preserve the atmosphere on the planets. But being the literal embodiment of the Confederacy, Ultimundus suffered the most during the Great Collapse.

Here's to everyone who attended or this past weekend. Although we didn't attend we hope everyone had a fun and safe con this year. Here's a to this summer where we had demos, panels and a whole lot of fun. If you attended any cons this year who did you as? Did you play any great games this year?

Nobody knows where the T’akri originated from. Some techies have theorized that they originated from Uncharted Space while others believe they came from the center of the galaxy. Regardless of their mysterious origin the T'akri are still a force to contend with.

Onara. Far from the war, this quadrant of space is home to the Confederacy and their colonies. The CDF fleet still has a presence in this area and it is a relatively safe place to travel. But what dangers lurk outside of the sector?

The famed Bane Crystals are both the power source of confederate technology and a religious symbol for the T’akri. As you a result it leads to great conflict between the two factions. They only are found in a certain sector of space near the center of the galaxy. Nobody knows why that is or where they come from. What is certain is certain is they wield great power.

Happy Monday everyone! Let's talk about the card mechanics for Bane of Empires: Dawn of Ruin.

Each character can only have a maximum of 7 action or utility cards. For example, since Lotharius is focused on an offensive play style, he can hold a 5 action cards and 2 utility, but for players who prefer a more defensive play style would use a character like Shanna who would have 3 action cards and 4 utility cards instead. It's all about strategy. No two characters are the same and every game session is unique.

Followers of M’avet believe Nether is the invisible force which binds all life together. The Temple of M’avet focuses on individuals and their power to influence the universe. One of the twin temples forming the foundation of the T’akri religion. Initiates helped smuggle the Exiles out of T’akri territory and are currently trying to guide the Exiles to a safe territory.

The Temple of S'amat is one of the twin temples forming the foundation of the T’akri religion. Disciples of S’almat believe that Ether is the source of all life and have devoted their lives to achieving harmony with it. The use of Ether to destroy Palanari caused a schism between disciples of Ether. The Imperialists sided with the government while those who fled from their faction are now known as the Exiles.
