Imma baaaad man

I went out for a 10 mile run last night. Arrived home running more than a marathon.

A few weeks ago I ran 10 miles for the first time ever. Never in a million years would you ever hear me say I believe I could run 10 miles.

A few days ago I did something I never did in my life, again. I ran 11 miles for the first time ever, finishing my run with 17 miles.

Last night, I was feeling like I wanted to do another first. I wanted to see how much potential I really have to be great. I ran over a marathon for no other reason than to push myself to do something I never thought I could do. I’m not training for anything. There’s no upcoming races. I just want to grow as a person, and be better than who I was yesterday.

I don’t compare myself or my achievements against anyone else anymore. It’s just me vs me.
