Cafetín De Tango Tango expressed in all places, times, & forms... An Absolute Tango Aficionado. Tango has been a part of my life since childhood. My family is from Uruguay.

I used to sing Tango at gatherings and events. My Grandfather was a milonguero from the Golden Era in Buenos Aires in the 40s and 50s. I grew up in a Uruguayan/Argentinian neighborhood & society in Queens, NY, in the 1970s and 1980s (a dark era in our history when many people fled from the military dictatorships that spread across South America's southern cone, "Operation Condor")

My Grandfather

held Tango events and Milongas in New York, where I could meet and enjoy famous singers and bands performing at our gatherings. Today, I am a Vinyl Tango DJ, Organizer, Dancer, and your "Cafetín De Tango" Content Creator in Miami or wherever Tango takes me. What my Grandfather taught me will live with me until my last breath, which I hope will be on the dancefloor of a milonga to a heart-pounding tanda, like a D'Arienzo ;-)
