We are proud to have created such a mind-blowing hybrid event.
We've had an astonishing experience, providing top-notch services while working with SAP Latin America Kick-Off 2023 and Cristina Palmaka team.
📡🌎 Connecting more than 7.000 employees remotely and more than 50 VIP-level guests, we've provided a hybrid event custom-made full production development.
-🌌 This included the creation and implementation of a “live” competition inside the “Metaverse”.
-🎥✨At the Keynote opening we’ve shown up a fiction movie produced in 5 countries with our own team, with art, props, green screens, including VFX and 3D render elements, and of course with a solid corporate message.
-📖✍️Furthermore, we supported content creation for visuals, messages, scripts, etc.
-🎵💡 We also create and design the atmosphere through musicalization, staging, comfort guest's sofas, a huge LED screen, lighting, and sound, ensuring similar experiences for both remote and local audiences.
