Yoooo...
I FINALLY found that witch house song where halfway through [@ 02:08] randomly there's a little girl talking about God and people teasing her for being weird.
I have been looking for this song for YEARS!

It turns out it was from Ritualz all along. A track called "Misery Walk."
And I'm gonna be DJing for them on Jun 5th!

I did some digging and it turns out it was a clip from the documentary "Jesus Camp"! LOL
No one has the correct lyrics but I was able to transcribe it here.
