I ACCIDENTALLY SAW MY PREGNANT DAUGHTER WITH MY 48-YEAR-OLD BEST FRIEND AT A RESTAURANT.

My 18-year-old daughter moved out about six months ago after we had a huge fight. I didn't stop her — she's an adult and can make her own choices.

But recently, I happened to see her at a café, and she was PREGNANT — with a noticeable baby bump! And as if that wasn't shocking enough, she was sitting all cuddled up at a table with my best friend, who is 48 years old and has a wife and kids!

I couldn't believe my eyes. I stormed into the café.

The small voice in the back of my mind whispered to slow down, to ask questions first, but I crushed it under the weight of my emotions.

"Elliot." Joshua's voice cracked, his face ashen when he saw me. Mia's smile disappeared instantly, replaced by wide-eyed panic.

I TOOK OUR OLD COUCH TO THE DUMP, BUT MY HUSBAND FREAKED OUT, YELLING, "YOU THREW AWAY THE PLAN?!"

I'd been asking my husband, Tom, for months to take our battered old couch to the dump. It was practically falling apart, but every time I brought it up, he'd say, "Tomorrow," or "Next weekend, I promise." Spoiler: "tomorrow" never came.

That Saturday, I'd finally had enough. I rented a truck, loaded that sagging, smelly couch by myself, and hauled it to the dump. I felt proud, even ordered a new couch to be delivered that afternoon.

When Tom got home and saw the new couch, he went pale. His first words weren't thanks, though. He looked at me, panicked. "You took the old couch to the dump?"

I nodded, confused. "Yes, Tom. You've been saying you'd do it for ages."

He started muttering, then yelled, "You threw away the PLAN?"

Without another word, he grabbed his keys. "Just get in the car. We have to get it back before it's too late." ⬇️

WE SENT MONEY TO OUR SON FOR HIS COLLEGE TUITION — ONE DAY, WE DISCOVERED HE WASN'T EVEN ENROLLED AND LIVED IN AN OLD TRAILER

Our son was the pride of our neighborhood, excelling in school, sports, and just being an all-around great kid. With our solid income, we supported all his endeavors, including tuition for a prestigious out-of-state college where he claimed to study management.

While on a business trip near his college, I decided to surprise him. Imagine my shock when I discovered he had NEVER been enrolled. He had been lying for two years.

I called him to meet at a café. He confidently assured me everything in school was fine, lying right to my face. As he left, I slipped my fitness tracker into his jacket and later used the GPS to follow him to a run-down trailer in the woods.
