Portland… THAT WAS DIFFERENT
If you would’ve told me 13 years ago that I’d eventually be getting booked to play across the country to DJ I would’ve believed you…
Not because I thought I was good enough, I just believed that eventually if I worked hard enough I would be.
This “lil music thing” has now taken me to over 25 different cities, has introduced me to some of the best people I’ve ever met and has also somehow managed to not only pay all my bills but provide a lifestyle allows me to breathe.
Life has thrown me some real perspective shifting moments this year and if there’s anything I’ve gotten out of it, it’s gratitude.
Grateful that y’all give af enough to spend your money to come see me.
Grateful that y’all enjoy this enough to post videos, share posts, tell others.
Grateful that every time I thought about quitting “let’s give it one more shot” was enough.
Grateful that the support system I have exists in the capacity it does.
To many more moments that make me feel like this weekend has. 🥂
