Okay friends, confession time... and it's embarrassing 🫣

So here I am in Medellín, sitting in this co-working space surrounded by plants (because apparently that's what all the cool kids do now), and I need to tell you something.

For 13 YEARS I've been helping incredible humans build their personal brands and get visible... while some of my own brand has been running on content from when Obama was still president. The audacity, right?

Here's what happened: I got so caught up in "but I'm a PRODUCTION company, everything needs to look like a Netflix documentary!" that I forgot the whole point is just... showing up. Being real. Not being perfect.

So starting now, you're getting:
• Weekly "here's what actually happened" behind-the-scenes stuff
• The real tea on which AI tools are magic and which ones are just expensive disappointments
• More of my actual personality (yes, including the part that got on a table at BNI to give my pitch because why not?)
• Honest conversations about building something meaningful without losing your mind

If you're one of those people who knows you should be more visible but keeps waiting for the "perfect moment" or the "perfect setup"... bestie, this is your sign. Let's figure this out together.

Drop a 🎬 if you're ready for more real talk about content creation!

P.S. - Still helping people build brands that actually attract dream clients, just with less perfectionism and more personality now

This is what "a year of content in a few days" actually looks like behind the scenes.

Fast-paced? Yes. Chaotic? Sometimes. Worth it? Absolutely.

While most businesses are stressing about what to post next week, this client just knocked out 12 months of strategic content that's designed to connect with their ideal clients and actually convert.

We're talking:
✨ Core messaging videos that position them as THE expert
✨ Client success stories that build trust
✨ Educational content that showcases their methodology
✨ Behind-the-scenes moments that humanize their brand
✨ Call-to-action videos that guide people to work with them

All filmed in a few intensive days, then strategically released over the next year while they focus on serving clients instead of scrambling for content ideas.

This is what it looks like when you stop playing content roulette and start being strategic about your visibility.

No more Sunday night panic posts. No more wondering if your content is working. No more trying to be a business owner AND a full-time content creator.

Just a clear plan, professional ex*****on, and a year of marketing that works while you sleep.

Question: What would change for your business if you never had to worry about "what to post" again? Dream with me in the comments! 👇

Can we talk about something for a minute? This video is from an incredible event where I got to speak alongside absolute legends like , , and other amazing leaders about leadership and video impact.

And I... never posted about it.

Why? Because my brain went: "Who are you to be on the same stage as these powerhouses? Don't brag. Stay humble. People will think you're showing off."

Classic impostor syndrome with a side of "good girls don't celebrate themselves."

But you know what? That thinking is expensive. And it's not serving anyone.

When we dim our light, we're not being humble - we're being selfish. We're depriving people of seeing what's possible. We're teaching other women to play small.

So here I am, finally sharing this moment because I'm done apologizing for taking up space.

I belonged on that stage. My message mattered. And celebrating that isn't bragging - it's modeling what it looks like to own your worth.

To every woman who's ever downplayed an achievement, hidden an opportunity, or stayed quiet about their success: Your wins matter. Your voice matters. Your presence in those rooms matters.

Share them. Celebrate them. Own them.

What's one achievement you've been hiding that deserves to be celebrated? Drop it below - let's cheer each other on! 👇

Reality check: This is what "professional content creation" actually looks like behind the scenes.

Spoiler alert: It's a lot less glamorous and a lot more "wait, what was I saying?" than you might think.

I can help you build a million-dollar message, but apparently I can't help myself remember basic vocabulary when there's a camera pointed at me.

The irony is not lost on me.

But you know what? These "failed" takes might be more valuable than the polished ones. Because they remind us that:

✨ Everyone messes up
✨ Perfection is boring
✨ Authenticity beats polish every time
✨ Your audience wants to see the real you, stumbles and all

So if you've been holding back from creating content because you're afraid of not being "good enough" - consider this your sign to just start. We're all figuring it out as we go.

Drop a 🙋‍♀️ if you've ever had a "professional moment" that was anything but professional. Let's laugh together.

"What's micro content?" - The question that's about to change how you think about your content strategy.

Here's what's happening: You're creating these amazing long-form videos, pouring your heart and expertise into them, and then... you post it once and move on.

Meanwhile, that ONE piece of content could become 15-20 micro pieces that work for you for MONTHS.

It's like buying a whole chicken and only eating the drumstick. You're wasting 90% of the value!

Micro content is those bite-sized pieces - the 30-second clips, the quote cards, the behind-the-scenes moments - that actually get people to discover your longer content.

Think of it as your content's marketing team. Your long-form video is the main event, but micro content is what fills the seats.

The businesses crushing it right now? They're not creating more content. They're getting more mileage out of the content they already have.

One client interview becomes a testimonial reel, a quote graphic, three educational clips, and a behind-the-scenes story. That's 6+ pieces from ONE conversation.

But most people create once and post once, leaving money on the table every single time.

Question: How many pieces of micro content do you typically create from one long-form video? Be honest - are you maximizing your content or leaving opportunities on the table? 👇

PSA: You don't have to be perfect to be powerful.

Exhibit A: Amazing leaders trying to film a "simple" video and somehow forgetting how to pronounce words I've been using for 30+ years.

These bloopers are brought to you by:
- Overthinking everything
- Trying to sound "professional"
- My brain deciding to malfunction at the worst possible moment

But here's what I learned: The moments where we mess up and laugh about it? Those get more engagement than the "perfect" content.

Because people don't want to follow robots. They want to follow humans who are brave enough to be imperfect in public.

So here's your permission slip: Mess up. Laugh about it. Post it anyway. Your audience will love you more for it, not less.

What mistake are you afraid to make? Let's normalize being beautifully human together.

Ignoring marketing is like opening a business and not telling anyone."

Ouch. But also... facts.

Can we talk about this for a second? Because I see this happening ALL the time with incredibly talented people.

You've built something amazing. Your service transforms lives. Your expertise could change entire industries. But you're treating marketing like it's optional.

Like somehow, if you're just good enough at what you do, people will magically find you through the universe's GPS system.

Plot twist: The universe is terrible at GPS.

Here's what's actually happening while you're "focusing on the work" and hoping marketing will handle itself:

Your ideal clients are googling solutions to problems you could solve in your sleep... and finding your competitors.

People who need exactly what you offer are scrolling past your invisible expertise and hiring someone less qualified but more visible.

Your brilliant methodology is helping 10 people when it could be helping 10,000.

Marketing isn't vanity. It's not "selling out." It's not being pushy or salesy.

Marketing is simply letting people know you exist and how you can help them.

It's the bridge between your expertise and the people who desperately need it.

Without marketing, you're not humble. You're just hidden.

And hidden expertise helps no one.

What's one way you've been "hiding" your brilliance that you're ready to change? Let's normalize making our expertise visible! 👇

December 5th is either going to be the day you finally get clear on your message... or the day you continue staring at your phone wondering "what the heck should I post today?" for another year.

Your choice.

But let me paint you a picture of what December 6th could look like:

Option A: You wake up still confused about your content, still second-guessing every post, still watching your competitors get all the visibility while you're stuck in analysis paralysis.

Option B: You wake up with a crystal-clear message, a 90-day content plan that actually makes sense, and the confidence to show up like the expert you already are.**

Here's what I know about you: You're brilliant at what you do. Your clients get incredible results. But when it comes to explaining what you do in a way that makes people think "I NEED this," you sound like everyone else.

"I help people transform their lives." Cool. So does everyone and their yoga instructor.

"I provide strategic solutions." Congratulations, you just described every consultant since 1987.

The problem isn't that you don't know your stuff. The problem is you don't have a system to translate your brilliance into words that actually land.

That's exactly what we're solving on December 5th in Content That Converts.

One day. Live. Interactive. You'll leave with messaging that sounds like YOU, not like you swallowed a business dictionary.

Only 5 spots because we're keeping it intimate and transformational.

Ready to stop sounding like everyone else and start sounding like the expert you actually are?

Link in bio. December 5th. Be there or spend another year wondering why your amazing expertise isn't translating into amazing content.

Who's tired of generic messaging and ready to get CLEAR? 🎯

Can we talk about something that's been on my heart? How we've been trained to give our power away by only valuing what others see or appreciate.

We measure our worth by likes, comments, external validation. We dim our light when others don't immediately recognize our brilliance. We question our message when it doesn't get the response we hoped for.

But here's what I want you to consider: What if your value isn't determined by other people's ability to see it?

Society has taught us that beauty is what's visible on the surface. That success is what can be measured externally. That our worth is tied to other people's opinions of us.

But what if we redefined all of that?

What if true beauty was about the contribution you make? The lives you touch? The problems you solve? The way you show up with integrity even when no one's watching?

What if your greatness wasn't about being seen by everyone, but about being true to the mission burning in your heart?

Your message matters - not because everyone understands it, but because the right people need to hear it.

Your value exists - not because others validate it, but because you bring something unique to this world that only you can bring.

It's time to take your power back. To stop outsourcing your self-worth to people who may not even understand your vision yet.

Trust your message. Trust your value. Trust that your contribution matters, even if the whole world isn't applauding yet.

The right people are waiting for exactly what you have to offer. But first, you have to believe it's worth offering.

What's one way you're ready to stop giving your power away and start owning your value? Let's reclaim our greatness together 👇

Dr. Aaron just dropped some serious wisdom on the Leaders with a Mission podcast: "Start from where there is agreement and energy."

This hit me like a lightning bolt because how many times do we try to create from misalignment?

We force ourselves to make content about topics that drain us. We push messages that don't feel true. We show up from obligation instead of inspiration.

And then we wonder why our content feels flat, why our audience isn't connecting, why everything feels like pushing a boulder uphill.

Dr. Aaron was talking about relationships and conversations, but this applies to EVERYTHING - especially how we create and share our message with the world.

When you create from agreement - with your values, your truth, your natural energy - everything flows differently. Your words have power. Your presence has magnetism. Your message has impact.

But when you create from misalignment? It's like trying to sing a song in the wrong key. Technically possible, but painful for everyone involved.

The magic happens when you find that sweet spot where your expertise meets your passion meets what the world needs. That's where agreement lives. That's where energy flows.

This is exactly what we dive deep into during our Content That Converts clarity session - finding that place of alignment where your message feels effortless because it's true.

Because when you're clear on what you stand for, creating content becomes an expression of who you are, not a performance of who you think you should be.

Ready to find your place of agreement and create from that energy?

We have a few spots left for December 5th. Link in bio.

What's one thing you create from pure energy vs. obligation? I want to hear about it! 👇

Sometimes you need to hear exactly the right words at exactly the right moment.

I was flipping through "Atlas of the Heart" by Brené Brown and this passage about vulnerability just hit different today. Had to share it with you because I have a feeling someone here needs to hear this too.

There's something so powerful about how Brené breaks down these complex emotions and makes them feel... human. Accessible. Like maybe we're all just figuring it out as we go.

Vulnerability isn't weakness - it's the birthplace of courage, creativity, and change. It's showing up when you can't control the outcome.

And isn't that exactly what we're all doing when we put ourselves out there? When we share our stories, our expertise, our imperfect human selves with the world?

Every time you hit "post," you're being vulnerable. Every time you share your truth, you're being brave. Every time you show up authentically, you're giving others permission to do the same.

This book has been such a companion on this journey of building something meaningful while staying true to who I am.

What's a book that's shifted something in you lately? Or better yet - what's one vulnerable thing you've done recently that scared you but felt necessary?

Let's normalize being beautifully, bravely human together 👇

Success, for me, starts and ends with one word: Freedom.

Freedom to do what I want, when I want, with who I want, as many times as I want.

Not the kind of freedom that comes from running away from responsibility, but the kind that comes from building something so aligned with your values that work doesn't feel like work anymore.

Freedom to say yes to walking my daughters to school without checking my calendar first.

Freedom to work with clients who light me up and pass on the ones who don't.

Freedom to build a business that serves my life, not the other way around.

This is what drives me. It's the ability to design my days around what matters most to me.
This freedom fuels every decision I make, every boundary I set, every dream I chase. Because what's the point of building something successful if it becomes a beautiful prison?

Your definition of success might be completely different from mine.

But here's what I know: Until you get clear on what success actually means to YOU - not what society says it should mean - you'll be climbing someone else's ladder.

So tell me: What's your personal definition of success? What drives you? What fuels your dreams?

Let's normalize having different definitions of winning 👇
