Last month, INGAGE leadership led our team through insightful workshops on the Psychology & Tactics of Communication. When it comes to exceeding expectations on client deliverables and building trust-based relationships, what we say and how we say it makes a difference. Each workshop led us through collaborative exercises on navigating road blocks, improving efficiency, and mitigating risks. Katherine Doble (President & Founder), Michelle Lenhart (Sr. VP of PR & Biz Dev), and Kacie Calhoun (VP of Ops) empowered each of us to leverage one another's experience & expertise to achieve client wins.

Join us in welcoming Kacie Calhoun to the INGAGE team! Kacie is a strategic operations leader with over a decade of experience driving organizational efficiency, financial growth, and cross-functional alignment across corporate, agency, and startup environments in media and technology.

As Vice President of Operations at INGAGE, Kacie brings deep expertise in business process optimization, strategic ex*****on, and financial planning to streamline systems, scale operations, and support sustainable growth. Her leadership is grounded in data-informed decision-making and clear communication, enabling teams to operate with clarity, agility, and measurable impact.

Kacie’s career spans leadership roles at industry giants like Disney, Paramount, and NBCUniversal, as well as executive-level positions at agencies and fast-growing startups in New York City and Miami. She has led high-stakes initiatives that developed high-performing teams, improved KPIs, and fueled multimillion-dollar growth strategies—building the infrastructure that supports both creativity and scale.

An MBA graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, Kacie is passionate about solving complex challenges through strategy, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership.

Outside of INGAGE, Kacie enjoys spending her free time at the gym, the movie theatre, or getting outdoors with her two rescue pups.

Last week, we held the inaugural INGAGE team retreat, and it was a privilege to spend time in community with such passionate and brilliant women.
