“Just be consistent” is the most overused and least helpful advice on social media!🙄

Consistency alone won’t grow your Instagram.
You can post every single day and still get nada!

Consistency only works if you’re consistently doing the right things. And that’s the hard part!🤷‍♀️

Being consistent with:
– unclear messaging
– content that talks to “everyone”
– posts with no strategy or goal
– comments that don’t lead to building a community and relationships

will just make you exhausted and frustrated! Not booked out and not closer to your goals.

Here’s how to do it right:
✔️ Consistent messaging
✔️ Consistent value your audience actually cares about
✔️ Consistent formats that your audience already responds to
✔️ Consistent strategy (not random posting energy)

You don’t need another social media manager telling you to “just be consistent”, you need better direction of how you show up on social media!

I know, that one stings a little but hear me out...

First of all- check your account status and make sure all boxes are ticked green.
Here’s how to do that:
✅ Instagram profile - settings and activity - account status

Now, let’s get into why you might be feeling like Instagram “hates you.”
It’s that your content isn’t giving people a reason to care.

👉 You’re not hooking them in the first 3 seconds.
👉 You’re playing it safe instead of saying something that actually matters.
👉 You’re creating for the algorithm instead of your audience.

The truth?
If your message is clear, your visuals are scroll-stopping, and your content sparks emotion or conversation, the algorithm will work for you and not against you.

So stop blaming shadow bans.
Start fixing your storytelling, your visuals, and your strategy.

Here’s how you do that:
✨ Check your best-performing posts from the last 3 months.
- What format did you use? Talking reel? B-roll with text layover and a trending audio? A scroll-stopping carousel post?
- What hooks did you use? Write them down and reuse them
- Look at your captions: hook, was it a short or long caption? Which cta (call-to-action) did you use?

Now go map out 10 posts based on your best-performing posts! Use the same recipe.
