JUST IN—Today we filed a 42 U.S.C. 1983 lawsuit against the St. John’s County Sheriff's Office and others for unlawfully arresting a citizen journalist for “violating” § 843.17 Fla. Stat., ‘Publishing name and address of law enforcement officer.’
The problem?
The statute, § 843.17, was ALREADY held unconstitutional, facially violative of the First Amendment, and permanently struck down by a federal court in 2010. Brayshaw v. City of Tallahassee, Fla., 709 F. Supp. 2d 1244 (N.D. Fla. 2010).
Now we seek an immediate injunction, declaratory
relief, and damages for a violation of my client’s Fourth Amendment rights.

🚨 Riverview High School Walk Out

Parents say Activists are encouraging kids to walk out of Riverview High School to attend the nearby Sarasota School Board Meeting and protest ICE on January 20, 2026.

Principal Erin Haughey has a history of allowing Activists to infiltrate Riverview.

She allowed a BLM rally to take place after students dared to wear MAGA hats in 2020.

The students wearing MAGA hats were filmed by a racist girls who shouted gay slurs at them and posted the video online.

Erin Haughey punished the students wearing MAGA and even issued an apology video.

It is also being mentioned that the kids are being paid by local Activist "Non-Profits" which is believable since even Trans Activist "Non-Profit" Social Equity and Education Alliance has openly offered to pay sign holders in the past.

It's so absurd that the left is going out of their minds over the School District's Resolution To Cooperate With Law Enforcement Including ICE.

Tom Edwards, Sarasota County School Board began this fear-mongering campaign and this Resolution puts an end to it making it clear to him and his Activists that the district will not tolerate interference with law enforcement.

The only advice I can give about this HORRIBLE Law... Is men stay the hell away from women....
We all know about how a false allegation can get you put on this list. How a women provoking, threatening, and extorting you can have you end up in a bad situation where your are now in trouble for DV...

We still don't have any protections or justice for men...

Well now.

Due to the intense amount of political corruption I continue to uncover in Broward County, I want this request to be very public. This involves Broward County Sheriff Gregory Tony and State Attorney Harold Pryor.

As many of you know, I was already hit with two frivolous criminal charges last year, costing me $30,000 in attorney fees just to defend myself. Until we hold elected officials accountable, corruption will continue unchecked.

The clearwater police forced a victim of a crime to a dark alley to make a report about it after they called 911 and reported a crime. Why would the clearwater pd force this? Why did they lie and say it was policy to do that to a victim? Why did the police not respond to the scene of the crime when called ? Many questions clearwater pd.
