Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 pound cabbage, shredded
8 cups chicken broth
⅔ cup carrots, chopped
⅓ cup yellow onion, diced
¼ cup scallions, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons liquid aminos
1 tablespoon Sriracha
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
Heat a dutch oven or large pot to medium, then add in the ground beef, salt and pepper.
Cook until browned, then push the beef to one side and add in the onions. Sauté until translucent, then add in the carrots and continue sautéing for 2 minutes.
Add in the ginger and garlic, sauté for 15 seconds, then pour in the chicken broth, cooked ground beef, cabbage, liquid aminos, toasted sesame oil and Sriracha.
Cover with the lid slightly offset and simmer for 25 minutes or until the cabbage and carrots are tender.
Add in the scallions and serve

16 ounces cream cheese room temperature (2 8-ounce packages)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 ounce
1 medium carrot peeled and finely diced
⅓ cup finely diced red bell pepper
½ cup finely chopped broccoli
2 green onions finely chopped

Instructions :

Ingredients :
1 12 pack King’s Hawaiian Rolls
3 large eggs
3/4 cup half and half or whole milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Pinch of salt
4 tablespoons butter for cooking
Powdered sugar fresh fruit, maple syrup for serving
Instructions :
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and half and half until fully combined.
Whisk in the vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt until incorporated.

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup salted butter, melted
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with baker’s spray or line it with a piece of parchment paper. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted salted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan. You want to make sure your crust is firmly packed into an even layer.
To the crust, evenly sprinkle the sweetened shredded coconut, semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and chopped pecans. Be sure that everything is evenly distributed over the crust layer.

Homemade Saltwater Taffy 🍬
Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Food coloring (optional)
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, corn syrup, water, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Once dissolved, stop stirring and allow the mixture to boil until it reaches 260°F (127°C) on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla extract. If using, add a few drops of food coloring.
Pour the mixture onto a greased marble surface or a heatproof baking sheet. Let it cool for about 5 minutes until it's cool enough to handle.
Once cool enough, pull the taffy by stretching and folding it repeatedly until it becomes shiny and less sticky. This can take about 10-15 minutes.

Strawberry Santas

Ingredients :

12 large strawberries
1 cup whipped cream cheese
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla
Decorative red and black icing for the face.

Instructions :

Prepare the strawberries by carefully washing them. Next, you'll cut the strawberries into three peices. Cut the stem off the strawberry so you will have a flat side to sit them down on. Then cut the berries in half with enough room on top for the top of the strawberry to be a Santa hat.
Next, prepare the filling. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Carefully put the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag.
To assemble the strawberry Santas, put the bottom of the Santa on a plate. Pipe the cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberry, tall enough that you have room to draw the face.
Add the Santa hat on top of the body and then use the piping bag to add the white top.
Carefully use the decorative icing to draw the face.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.

Cheeseburger Pretzel Bombs
Ingredients:
for 14 bombs
1 lb pizza dough, left out at room temperature for 15-20 minutes
7 slices american cheese, cut in half
14 frozen mini meatballs, thawed
¼ cup baking soda
5 cups water
1 egg, beaten
coarse sea salt
yellow mustard, for serving (optional)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425˚F (220˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the pizza dough into 14 evenly sized pieces. Working one at a time, stretch out a piece of dough into a long strip, about 8 inches (20 centimeters) long.
Place a piece of cheese at the top, followed by a meatball, and roll up the cheese and meatball in the dough. Rotate halfway through rolling to ensure you are completely encasing the cheese and meet in the dough. Pull tightly and use any remaining slack to cover any possible gaps/holes. Press the dough into itself to seal and place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough, cheese, and meatballs.
In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring the 5 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the baking soda and stir to dissolve. Return the pot to a boil.
In batches (about 3-5 at a time), add the rolled dough balls to the pot and boil for 20-30 seconds, stirring gently. Remove and dab on paper towels before placing back on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough balls.
Brush each boiled ball with beaten egg, then sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the outsides have browned. Serve warm with mustard, if desired.
