I found the perfect quick and delicious meal to make for your kiddos during the summer break. It’s a Sausage Tortilla Breakfast Bake using Liquid Egg Whites and Pork Sausage. Bob Evans breakfast products always make it easy to prepare a quick and mess-free meal for my family. Recipe:

Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 12-inch flour tortilla
1 cup of Bob Evans Liquid Egg Whites
Half of one of Bob Evans Original Roll Sausage
½ cup of shredded cheese
1 cup of spinach
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. While the oven is heating up, gather all ingredients and toppings.
Step 2: Grease the bottom of a baking dish and then put the tortilla inside.
Step 3: Add one cup of Bob Evans Liquid Egg Whites, half of one uncooked Bob Evans Original Roll Sausage, ½ cup of shredded cheese and one cup of spinach to the tortilla. Mix well. ALT: To shorten the bake time, you can cook the Bob Evans Original Roll Sausage first. Then add the cooked sausage and the remaining ingredients to the tortilla. You can save about 10 minutes of baking time doing it this way.
Step 4: Place the baking dish into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Keep an eye on it to prevent it from overcooking.
Step 5: Once it’s cooked, you can remove the dish from the oven and let it cool. Once it’s cool, you can cut it into four slices. Then enjoy!
