It’s fascinating to know and understand that the truth, it is so simple but it is also very deep. When you become completely immersed in the possibility of an undesirable outcome, it shifts your attention from the present moment, to an erroneous process of the mind.

You see, energy can neither be created nor can it be destroyed, it must be transferred. When the energy is only flowing in one direction, there is no reciprocity and this one sidedness is what causes entrophy.

Isn’t it funny that confronting the opposing force leads to breakthrough while blocking it causes an imbalance?

My mentality has always been that if I am going to do something then I am going to do it well and if I must go through something difficult then I may as well excel.
