Still smiling from the Women Impact Luncheon during Jazz in the Gardens last Friday. Grateful to connect with so many incredible Black women doing meaningful work and to share the moment with friends who continue to inspire me.

International Women’s Day always makes me pause and reflect. 💐✨

The strength of women rarely announces itself loudly. It shows up in the discipline of showing up every day for our families, our communities, and our work. Women build careers, households, businesses, and support systems, often while encouraging everyone around them to keep going too.

So much of women’s influence happens behind the scenes. In mentorship conversations, in classrooms, in boardrooms, and around kitchen tables where the next generation quietly learns what resilience looks like.

And let’s be honest. Women can run a household, manage a career, organize an event, remember everyone’s birthday, and still somehow spend ten minutes looking for the phone that has been in our hand the entire time.

To the women who lead, support, build, nurture, and open doors for others, today we celebrate you. And to the women coming next, we are still widening those doors. 💐✨

💕✨

Today March 4th…I turn 37. 🎂🌹♥️

At this stage, birthdays feel less like milestones and more like checkpoints. A moment to pause, reflect, and make sure the direction I’m moving still aligns with the life I’m intentionally building.

I am deeply grateful for the people who make that journey meaningful. My husband, my son, my family, my best friends, and the community that continues to support, encourage, and grow alongside me. I am also grateful for the businesses I am building, the clients and business partners I work with today, and the future collaborations still ahead.

Life has a way of refining your perspective over time. What once felt urgent now feels more intentional.

Also, I have officially reached the stage where a good night’s sleep feels like a luxury. Growth shows up in many forms.

Grateful for another year to learn, build, and move with purpose.

It’s my birthday month. I turn 37 on March 4. ✨🌹🎂

And this year, I’m doing something different.

For the next 31 days, I’ll be sharing a daily reflection. Pieces of who I am. What shaped me. How I lead. What I believe about growth, compensation, discipline, ownership, and legacy.

Not just because it’s my birthday.
But because visibility matters.

March is Women’s History Month. I stand on the shoulders of women who understood the power of education, voice, and economic independence.

So this month, I’m documenting my journey intentionally.

For those who may partner with me in the future.
For those who may hire me.
For those who may collaborate, build, or grow alongside me.

If we’re going to work together, you should know how I think.

Welcome to Chapter 37. ✨🥂🙏🏾

As one of the Leaders of Tomorrow Directors for the National Black MBA Association - South Florida Chapter, I am intentional about placing our students in rooms that stretch them.

We’re joining the Black Girls Code virtual event, Level Up the Game with Endless Games, and inviting our LOT students (ages 14–18) to participate.

This is not a passive webinar. Students will engage in a live, hands-on strategic challenge designed to strengthen:
• Critical thinking
• Collaboration
• Decision-making under pressure
• Digital teamwork skills

The added value is tangible.

Students can leverage this experience to:
• Add a real project example to their resume or portfolio
• Strengthen college and scholarship applications
• Build stronger interview narratives
• Demonstrate initiative beyond the classroom

Virtual access removes travel barriers while expanding their exposure beyond South Florida.

📅 February 26, 2026
⏰ 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
🎟️ Register: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1981961358777

If interested, please register via Eventbrite and (if a LOT member) confirm with our team by 4:00 PM on 2/26/26.

Preparation creates confidence. Exposure builds leaders.

Thank you Black Girls Code for creating a wonderful platform! I've enjoyed all of the sessions so far with my niece!
