✨Feeling like putting Happy on repeat right now.
Big Boss News: I am BEYOND honored to be accepted into Black Ambition 2026 Fundable Founders Learning Lab, supported by JPMorganChase 500+ entrepreneurs across South Florida are getting capital access, mentorship, and expert-led training through this cohort, and now I’m one of them.

WeKennect stepping into this cohort is not a small thing, this is years of showing up, doing the work, and staying ready even when nobody was watching. So I receive this with my whole chest, and I do not take it lightly. And to be part of something founded by Pharrell Williams and led by Felecia Hatcher, two people who have poured so much into building opportunity for us, that makes it mean even more.

Chip, Ecclesiastes 4:12 says a cord of three strands is not easily broken.
King, that’s us 💙 you, myself and God at the forefront and center holding it all together.
One year ago 8/8 God gave me a covering in the form of a husband, and Song of Solomon 8:7 says many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it, and baby that is exactly what this year proved.
This year had its storms but we came out unbreakable, the way Jill Scott makes you feel when she sings about a love that’s golden. We have the kind of love that is steady, soulful, unbothered by anything trying to come against it.
I am proud to be your wife, proud to build this life with you. Happy Anniversary King. 💙

🇯🇲🤎 40. Forty years ago this week, two young hearts stood before God and promised forever, not knowing all the forever would hold.

The babies raised. The bills stretched. The late nights, the hard years, the ones where love was a choice before it was a feeling.

And still, they chose each other. Every morning after.
My parents didn’t just stay married. They stayed in love.

I have watched my father look at my mother like she hung the moon, forty years in. I have watched my mother hold my father up when the world tried to wear him down.

That’s Black love. That’s Christian love. That is what happens when two people build their house on the Rock and refuse to let go of each other’s hands.

Forty years, my Lord. 🙌🏾 Thank you for showing me what real love looks like. I love you both beyond words. 🇯🇲🙏🏾🤎
