After touring their home, there was very aparent damage that screamed rehab. If I were to buy this property, this would be a teardown and would build something on this land. I met Rebecca while knocking on doors in the area to buy properties. Her frankenstein home was not up to code, a maze to navigate, and hazardus. Given the property was previously owned by someone who was quite sketchy, the many makeshift rooms and exits definetly added to that. While touring the home, we learned that Rebecca actually wants to keep it.. shes having the time of her life renovating and making it feel more like a home for herself.
