Baltimore officially renamed part of Greenmount Avenue in the Pen Lucy neighborhood as “Tupac Shakur Way” during a weekend honoring Tupac Shakur’s legacy in the city where he spent part of his teenage years and attended the Baltimore School for the Arts.
