📈 One company is now worth more than the entire economy of Germany — and almost nobody saw it coming five years ago.

Nvidia, the chipmaker powering the AI boom, has hit a market cap of around $5.1 trillion, making it the most valuable company on Earth.

💰 Worth more than the GDP of Germany, the world's 3rd-largest economy

🇯🇵 Bigger than the entire annual output of Japan, India, the UK or France

🌍 Only two countries — the US and China — have economies larger than Nvidia is worth

📈 Up from around $3.4 trillion just a year ago, fuelled almost entirely by AI

🤖 Its chips sit inside nearly every major AI system on the planet

To put it in perspective: if Nvidia were a country, it would have the third-largest economy on Earth — ahead of every nation except the US and China.

A company most people had never heard of a decade ago now outweighs the economies of entire G7 nations. 🤯

⚡️ Nvidia has announced a partnership with startup firm SPAN to put small data centers outside people’s houses. The units, called XFRAs, are about the size of an air conditioner.

🖥️ Each contains 16 highly-advanced Nvidia RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs, and uses spare electricity from your home. They say it is 6x faster and 20% more efficient than a conventional data center. A household could receive $22,000 a year in cash and free power.

3.3 billion people open the same app every month — and most of the world doesn't even think about it. 📲

WhatsApp has quietly become the biggest communication platform humanity has ever built.
💬 Over 3.3 billion monthly users — roughly 7 in 10 internet users outside China
📨 More than 100 billion photos, videos, texts and voice notes sent every single day
🌍 The #1 messaging app in over 100 countries
👑 Bigger than Facebook, Instagram and YouTube by user count
🇨🇳 Yet in China it barely exists — 1.34 billion people there run on WeChat instead

To put it in perspective: more people use WhatsApp every month than live in China and India combined.

An app two engineers started in 2009 now carries a meaningful slice of all human conversation. 🤯

🚀 Blue Origin, owned by Jeff Bezos, just lost their flagship rocket after a technical malfunction caused it to be completely destroyed during a recent launch from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.

💰 While the cause of the issue is not yet known, fortunately no one was injured. The New Glenn rocket’s blast destroyed Launch Pad 36, and enveloped the whole region in a cloud of thick smoke. The total cost of the failure? Over $2 billion.

🤖 Anthropic says its unreleased AI model, Claude Mythos, has already found over 10,000 critical software vulnerabilities just one month after launch as part of its cybersecurity initiative, Project Glasswing.

🔎 The AI has reportedly helped companies dramatically increase the rate at which they discover security flaws. Cloudflare alone found around 2,000 bugs, including 400 classified as high or critical severity, while Mozilla said it found vulnerabilities in Firefox at around 10x the previous rate.

💻 Anthropic also used the model to scan 1,000 open-source projects, where it reportedly identified more than 6,200 high and critical vulnerabilities.

⚠️ Despite the success, Anthropic says it has not released Mythos to the public because current safeguards are not strong enough to prevent misuse. The company warned that a model capable of finding vulnerabilities this effectively could also potentially be abused for cyberattacks.

🏢 The system is already being tested with major organisations including Apple, Google, Microsoft, AWS, JPMorgan, NVIDIA and Palo Alto Networks.

🌍 It’s a glimpse into the future of cybersecurity — where AI may become powerful enough to find software flaws faster than humans ever could, potentially reshaping both digital defence and cyber warfare.

🏎️ Ferrari’s new Luce may have impressive specs, but the internet has focused almost entirely on one thing: the styling.

📉 The reaction online has been overwhelmingly negative, with Ferrari’s stock falling more than 8% after the reveal as investors and fans questioned whether the car still feels like a Ferrari.

🎨 The Luce was designed with input from former Apple designer Jony Ive, and many people think that influence shows too much. Critics say the car looks more like a futuristic tech product than an emotional Italian supercar.

💬 The comments under Ferrari’s reveal videos were brutal:

“Please cover the car”
“We got a Ferrari Prius before GTA6”
“Designed by Stevie Wonder”
“Much better video if you watch it in reverse”
“Can you put the cover back over it please”

⚡ Despite producing over 1,000hp, hitting 0–62mph in 2.5 seconds, and costing around $640,000, many enthusiasts feel the Luce lacks the aggression, emotion and proportions people expect from Ferrari.

🚗 Some critics even compared it to ordinary EVs like the Nissan Leaf or Kia models, arguing that if you removed the Ferrari badges, most people wouldn’t recognise it as a Ferrari at all.
