Sentencing update on David. In case yall missed the real yesterday. This catch was done by Bikers Against Predators and decoyed by Max Term using BC Iris images. He will be serving 5 years and will be a registered offender upon his release. Thank you Boots Gaming Bap Storm and Sunshine for the continued teamwork. This is what team work looks like. James 49 of Corsicana, TX was talking to what he thought was a 13 yo girl. Turns out it was Max Term. Alex Rosen of predator poachers and Bikers Against Predators caught him as they were only about an hour away from James yesterday. James is a special monster. Shout out to Bap Storm for the live decoy work. BC Iris for the images. This community is amazing. This is exactly the type of guy that groomed Max's daughter and got him into the community.

David of Rolla, MO deocyed by Max Term using BC Iris images caught by Bikers Against Predators last year because 1 they were an hour from him and 2 David seemed to be an immediate danger to family and the community. I want to be very clear about something. Just because a prosecutor elects to not charge someone with a crime doesnt mean a person is innocent or a crime wasnt committed. What it means is the prosecutor is weak on crime and you got lucky. Especially if you're someone that already has a record for seggsual misconduct with a minor and used to be on the registry. Catch ya next time.
If your prosecutors and judges are weak on s*x crimes find replacements. The same names keep coming up as prosecutors, judges, and defendants... identify the pattern, identify the solution, and act on it legally!!!
