Welcome HOME, Gibson family! ❤️🏡

This family came straight from the beach to get the keys to their brand new home! What a way to end vacation! ☀️🌊➡️🏡

Shaun works at one of our Clayton manufacturing partners, and we’re so thankful for him and all of our factory team members who work hard every day building the homes we get to hand the keys over to.

It made this one even more special getting to hand the keys over to someone who plays a part in making homeownership possible for so many other families! ❤️🔑

🏡✨ CONGRATS to the Hunt family from Kentucky on the purchase of their custom Franklin Home

This family took The Tollison Creek and made it completely their own — and I cannot WAIT to see this one come to life! 😍

2,400 sq. ft. of living space + an additional 450 sq. ft. of outdoor living space!
🤍 White board & batten siding
🏠 7/12 roof pitch
🧱Brick Foundation
✨ Fully customized to be everything they wanted and MORE!

This is one of my favorite parts of what I do — helping families take a floor plan they love and turn it into a home that’s truly THEIRS.

Custom doesn’t have to mean out of reach!
