Hey everyone it's Charity, I was working with Dakota on Saturday and i have received some concerns from customers regarding drinks not tasting consistent with our standards. I would like to inform my customers that I will be present at the shop for a few days this week to retrain staff and resolve any issues that may be occurring. This is not the employees fault and i take full responsibility. Since i got on at post office i didn't get to train the girls to my standards and i apologize to you all. I will be available at 7:00 in the morning for a few hours. Afterward, I will be leaving to retrieve product that didn't arrive on Saturday. Thanks to all of you for supporting my small business. If you ever have any concerns, feel free to reach out to me, where it can be corrected, as I take pride in knowing our beverages are some of the best around.
